Because we were building our log home from far away and could not visit the jobsite often, it was imperative that we had an on-site builder whom we could trust and rely on.  Charlie, with his long time work crew, was just what we were looking for and they proved to be efficient and dependable.

We appreciated Charlie's motto of doing things not the cheapest way, or the most expensive way, but the BEST way.  This helped us make intelligent decisions which resulted in the quality log home we desired.

If we had concerns or changes to make, Charlie never made us feel like it was an inconvenience or impossible to do.  His enthusiasm and energetic nature always put us at ease during some stressful times.

I don't know how many people at the end of a home building project could say that their builder became their friend, but we certainly can.
